DRIVEN DIESEL DD-60FS-FBD-RRK-V3 FUEL BOWL DELETE REGULATED RETURN

The Driven Diesel DD-60FS–FBD–RRK–V3 Fuel Bowl Delete Regulated Return will enhance the fuel system in your 2003–2007 Ford 6.0L Powerstroke. This Regulated Return raises the bar for Driven Diesel's "Standard" Regulated Return Fuel System Kit. The "dead-head" stock fuel rails are removed with this kit, which also makes it easy to change the fuel pressure. Bypass Fuel Pressure Regulator is used to join the ends of each fuel rail to do this. The restrictive factory fuel filter bowl was also removed by this upgrade, boosting fuel flow to the heads and creating space in the engine valley. This is especially true if you plan to remove the stock oil filter bowl by using a Bullet Proof Diesel oil cooler kit (or anything similar).

The main benefit of this Fuel Bowl Delete Regulated Return is improved fuel flow "through" the heads, which ensures that each fuel injector has constant fuel volume and fuel pressure. Additionally, any air in the fuel system can exit the tank through the regulator's return port instead of the injectors, extending the life of the injectors and lowering injector clatter. This kit is not compatible with the Stock fuel pump.

If your truck has the stock oil filter bowl you will need to cut off the fuel filter bowl or replace the oil filter bowl with one that doesn't have a fuel filter bowl attached to it.

If your truck is no longer using the stock oil filter bowl use of this fuel bowl delete kit will allow complete removal of the entire oil/fuel filter bowl assembly from your truck.

If you are using a high pressure FASS or AIRDOG II Lift Pump you will need the Driven Diesel DD-FA-INSTALLKIT-V4 Lift Pump Outlet Installation Kit (See Related Items).

If you are using any other pump and filter configuration, you must ensure that you have adequate pre & post pump fuel filtration & water separation and that your pump is supplying adequate fuel volume.

For other pump and filter configurations you will also need to source the proper #6 AN connection for the bowl delete block inlet.
