Mishimoto constructs their intercooler with a bar-and-plate core then precision TIG welds the cast aluminum end tanks on for a much more reliable and robust design versus the factory stamped and stacked plate design. Besides being a superior design, the cast end tanks reduce potential failure points while the included aluminum intercooler pipes and couplers further add to the durability of this complete kit. 

The Mishimoto Air-To-Water Intercooler Kit not only increases airflow and durability, it also adds more power! That 22% more airflow made during bench testing directly translates to a dyno proven 40 lb-ft of torque more! Backed by Mishimoto's Lifetime Warranty, each intercooler comes ready to install and includes the intercooler, mounting hardware, intercooler pipes, silicone couplers, clamps and Mishimoto's Lifetime Warranty. Tuning not required, works on stock and modified trucks.
